Beach EcoRetreat

Vorsicht! Diese Unterkunft hieß vor Kurzem bei booking.com noch Beachfront EcoResort mit schlechten Bewertungen (5,8). Das habe ich kurz vor Abflug festgestellt und bei booking.com telefonisch gemeldet. Die Dame vom Kundendienst telefonierte dann mit der Vermieterin, die mitteilte, daß sie letztes Jahr lange im Krankenhaus war und sich deshalb nicht um die Unterkunft kümmern konnte. Alles sei nun wieder ok...Eine ähnliche - aber aktuelle - Krankenhausgeschichte erzählte sie uns auch bei Ankunft, sie sei gerade erst aus dem Krankenhaus, eine Sepsis, 10l Infusion etc etc...die angegebene Adresse war falsch (Warum wohl?), so daß man erstmal suchen musste. Wir hatten ein DZ mit Küche gebucht, die es garnicht gibt, aber wir könnten gegen Aufpreis in ein anderes Apartment oder mein Mann könne ja Gasflaschen und ein Rechaud (?) in das DZ tragen und installieren. Es gab nicht einmal eine Kaffeemaschine, die könnten wir kaufen, Vermieterin würde das Geld zurückgeben. Ausserdem solle mein Mann doch eben schnell das Mückennetz an der Decke befestigen. Duschkopf war abgebrochen - aber wir könnten uns ja mit der Handbrause abduschen, "eigenes Bad" war zusätzlich Waschküche der Vermieterin. Alles in allem war die Unterkunft ungepflegt und unsauber, könnte aber, wenn man sich darum kümmern würde, sehr schön sein. Bilder und Beschreibung stimmen nicht überein. Wir sind am selben Abend abgereist und haben uns eine andere Unterkunft gesucht. Leider interessiert das booking,com nicht besonders.

La posizione sul mare verde e tranquillissima. In camera da letto come essere sulla spiaggia, solo il rumore del mare.

This could be an exceptional hidden gem, as the stone house was clearly made with love and great care anno, really embedded in the surrounding garden. Close to the beach which was not crowded at all. The towels and the bed sheets were clean.

The house was dirty and full of spider webs. You can see those nice branches in the picture inside the house. The idea is nice and romantic, but in the reality those are all covered with dust and spider webs, just like all the lamps. I washed down 2 lamps glass just to have a bit better light inside the house..As the place is located in a garden and mosquito net was only on one window out of the 7 the accommodation was constantly infested with the buzzing little "beauties". No drinking water in the accommodation as the water is coming from 1 HL plastic reservoir, what could be refilled sparsely.. As the whole apartment complex is using solar electricity, if the battery is running out of it in the evening due to some guest electricity usage you won't have a chance to even cook a coffee for yourself in the morning, as even the gas hob is using electricity, not to speak about the fridge, light and water pump included, so basically you can't even wash your face. Oh, and there is no backup generator. If you have electricity then you will get the message from the old owner lady (nice but sruffy) that do not use water as the reservoir is almost empty.. If there was no issues either with the electricity nor with the water, then if you are cooking something (respectfully) asked us to open up all the windows and doors to get rid of the smell as the guests after us not want to smell this. All the time the windows were open before even asked us...This could be the smallest issue for them based on all the above mentioned issues unfortunately. The most disgusting part is the bathroom, as the drain water is coming back in the middle of it, and you have to stand in this lovely little pool, as this is a constant case if you have a shower..there is a wood stuff to stand for, but that will not prevent you from this extra foot washing..

Quella che doveva essere una piccola luna di miele si è trasformata in un incubo. La struttura non corrisponde minimamente alla descrizione su Booking: • La “mini casa in pietra” era sporca, con lenzuola bucate e maleodoranti di muffa e umidità, al punto che sembravano bagnate. L’ambiente era freddo e insalubre, pieno di insetti e zanzare. • Il bagno, descritto come privato, in realtà era all’esterno della stanza e utilizzato anche dal personale. Trovarlo sporco, con lenzuola e panni stesi, era all’ordine del giorno. • La signora che gestisce la struttura è stata aggressiva e offensiva: alla mia richiesta di chiarimenti ha iniziato a urlarmi contro, con atteggiamenti maleducati e inadeguati. Spesso si presentava in condizioni indecorose e sporche, un comportamento imbarazzante per chi ospita clienti. • Vietava l’uso della doccia perché “non c’era abbastanza acqua” e addirittura ci chiedeva di buttare la carta igienica in un sacchetto da lei poi bruciato: una situazione assurda e primitiva. • Nessun avviso sul fatto che non ci fosse campo telefonico. Lo sapevamo per il Wi-Fi, ma senza rete è stato impossibile comunicare o chiedere subito assistenza. • All’esterno regnava il degrado: immondizia ovunque, odori sgradevoli e totale mancanza di pulizia e cura. Siamo rimasti solo perché era Ferragosto e non c’erano alternative disponibili, ma abbiamo passato lì il minimo indispensabile, uscendone distrutti e delusi. 👉 Sconsiglio assolutamente questa struttura. Non corrisponde alla descrizione, non è adatta ad accogliere ospiti e non garantisce igiene, comfort né rispetto.

Die Nähe zum Privatstrand, ca. 100 m entfernt, die Unterkunft war toll, rustikal und der Anlage entsprechend. Es wird sehr auf die Umwelt geachtet, Solaranlage für Strom und Zisterne für Wasser Mülltrennung. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in der nächsten Stadt ausreichen vorhanden.

Im Außenbereich kein Licht auch keine Beleuchtung am Weg. Wenig Sitzmöglichkeiten zum Essen oder gemütlichen Abendausklang.

Die Nähe zum Strand. Die liebevoll urig alte Einrichtung. Naturbelassener Garten. Großer überdachter Außenbereich bei Buchung des einzelnen Zimmers.

Fehlende Kaffeemaschine oder Wasserkocher. Keine Gastronomie in der Nähe.
