A pleasant stay, near bus stop as well as subway station.

The pictures are deceiving and this place is far from a luxury hotel. The room I stayed in smelled terrible, had damaged furniture with questionable stains on the bed as well as the throughout the room. Roaches and bugs of all sorts were found here as well. I would gladly share photos if the app would allow me to.

Very disappointing experience, not worth the price. I had a very disappointing stay at Cheonho Luxury Hotel La View. I feel that the price I paid was not worth the service and room quality provided. First, I was very surprised and frustrated that we were required to pay an additional **60,000 won upon check-in**. This was not clearly communicated beforehand, and it felt like an unexpected charge. The staff were also not welcoming, which made the check-in experience even worse. The overall cleanliness of the hotel was disappointing. The hallway carpets were dirty and covered with visible stains, and there were sacks of bed sheets scattered around the area, which gave a very poor impression of the hotel's management and hygiene. The room itself also had several problems. Although the hotel advertises the rooms as **non-smoking**, the moment we entered, we were greeted by a strong cigarette smoke smell. This was unacceptable, especially for a supposedly non-smoking room. The bathroom facilities were also disappointing. The shower was not functioning properly because the water pressure was extremely weak, making it difficult to even take a proper shower. To be fair, the toilet had an automatic function, but unfortunately, the bidet and other features were not working. Overall, this stay was a huge disappointment. I believe I paid too much for the quality of the room and service provided. I would not recommend this hotel to other travelers and hope the management takes these issues seriously and improves their facilities and customer service.
