    There is a language barrier but some staff could handle it. They helped me with the Converter Charger, Children Bath Suit for my daughter. The service is very fast. The Japanese Bath is not crowded and love this place so much. For the breakfast I love their Japanese breakfast. If I go to Kurayoshi someday, I definetely will stay here again. Thank you.

    I stayed at this hotel for 40 days. On the day I checked out, I was told by the staff that after 10:15 am, the hotel will charge me 1000 yen for 1 hour until 11 am. Even I leave the room at 10:16 am, it will still be counted for 1 hour at 1000 yen. No one told me about this information when I checked in on the 1st day. I only know that the check out time is 10 am. The hotel manager of Route Inn is very mean and harsh. Other hotels such as Candeo will not charge the guests any money unless it is exactly 11 am when you leave the room. Other hotels all over the world will not charge the guests any money within 1 hour when you check out. It is only Japan, especially Route Inn will be treating a guest staying for 40 days so harsh like that. Although they could earn 1000 yen more, their image and reputation are ruined completely ! Also, the staff members could not speak English are not eligible for the hotel industry!! They cannot explain everything clearly to the guests and miscommunication will be a big problem!! Anyway, I will not recommend Route Inn to anyone !

    Lots of car parking space, so can easily go and come back without worrying of nowhere to park when you come back. Our room was one of the biggest rooms available on the floor that we were given, so it was a good size to put the luggage out and still have space to walk around. I would use this hotel again if I am in the area or passing through in the future.
