    Pros: - You can check in late. - You can check out at either 12nn or 2pm — no extra charge. - They give new towels, water and slippers daily. - Location is close to the metro and Didi is fairly cheap because the location is nice. - We left valuables in the room and they were left untouched. - There are powerbanks you can rent at the lobby. - You can leave your luggage even when you’ve checked out already if your flight is a little later that day. It’ll only stay at the lobby though. No security measures apart from the front desk. Cons: The front of the hotel had garbage in front when we arrived and it stayed there for a couple of days. Our room was dirty. Not the obviously dirty kind but the curtains had stains, the floor felt a bit sticky, the pillows smelled like bleach and the towels, while they were changed daily, smelled like bleach and one even had a piece of food when we unrolled it. The curtains opened by itself TWICE. You definitely get what you pay for. We checked in late—super late as in 2AM. When we got there, the windows were open and the aircon didn’t work until a couple of hours after. We asked to be moved to another room but were told there were no new rooms available and to just try again the next morning. We didn’t anymore because the aircon worked anyway. There’s no bidet which is common. No elevator too but it’s just 2 floors. The room we booked showed that it had a chair in it which we needed for work. When we asked the front desk (at night) they told us the maintenance team was already off (reasonable) but they asked us to get the chair from the hallway ourselves. We booked a non-smoking room. While the room had no smell of smoke, the corridors did. There were also cigarette butts in the common area at one point but they cleaned it. We got itchy tiny bumps on our back and arms during our stay. Most probably from the sheets. You can have parcels delivered but it’ll be placed on a shelf outside and you have to search for your parcel on your own among 40+ other parcels.

    Jinglai hotel exceeds our expectations. It was great and the staffs are really friendly and accommodating. They really make sure the customer are well taken care of.
