    The room was much smaller than I expected. I understand that the room rate may reflect the size, but there was barely enough space for our luggage. The bathroom was also quite dark because there were very few lights. The black wall and floor tiles made it feel even darker. In addition, the toilet was located inside the shower area, which I assume was due to the limited space. On a positive note, the room was clean, and the towels were changed every day. I requested a non-smoking area, but the hallway outside the room still smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. There was no elevator. Although the hotel only has one floor, there were still two flights of stairs to reach the room, which made carrying luggage difficult. The room was also not very soundproof. We could clearly hear people walking outside, rolling their luggage, and doors slamming, which was quite disturbing.

    There was a leak in the hallway for two days, no indication that it was being looked into. Our room which was nice but unfortunately had a smell of dampness, building as a whole looked tired and in need of fixing up. Staff were wonderful, smiley and pleasant.

    I stayed at the hotel and it is around 20 minutes from the downtown by subway, moreover there is cleaning everyday without any extra fee and supportive stuff

    Este o cazare foarte ieftina, dar datorita notei foarte mari iti creezi asteptari, probabil nerealiste. Camera in sine este ok, nu perfecta dar nici nu m-am asteptat sa fie perfecta pentru pretul platit. Locatia este buna, aproape de 2 linii principale de metrou, magazin la parter. Principala problema este faptul ca angajatii nu vorbesc engleza deloc, un lucru normal pentru tara din pacate. Este foarte greu sa te intelegi cu staff-ul chiar si cu translate, care nu traduce bine.. Din pacate am plecat mai repede cu 2 nopti catre alt hotel, din cauza ca nu se poate opri clima in camera, ne-am chinuit sa dormim 3 nopti in frig, nici temperatura nu merge setata, este presetata de hotel. Am incercat in nenumarate randuri sa vorbim la receptie, unde ni se radea in fata..."Problema rezolvata", doar asta auzeam de fiecare data, fara sa fie adevarat. Nu mi s-a dat nici o solutie nici cand am cerut alta camera, poate doar a noastra avea o problema de sistem.. Nu m-as mai intoarce la acest hotel din cauza atitudinii personalului.
