    I was trying hard to forget this worst experience but it still haunts me coz it spoiled my families experience about Mumbai and the cleanliness they expected from the hotel. The pics posted online are fake and the rooms were dirty and full of stain. Bed bugs , unwashed stained bed sheets. Inspite of several calls to agoda and discussion with property owner there was nothing done. We were cheated nicely and refund was refused when we asked to cancel the room as it was all dirty and full of bed bugs. We somehow managed to stay till early morning . The only good thing was check out from the hotel early morning to avoid further distress.

    The hotel is located at prime location at Ville parle East. It is on 5th and 6th floor of a building of RBL Bank. Rooms are small, but location is the main plus point. You can stay with family. Don't expect any other facility. All types of restaurants and street food is available downstairs. Overall, I would rate it 4 over a scale of 5.

    - Had put us on the floor near terrace, looks like a construction site rather than a hotel. Absolutely horrible condition - No lift till that floor - Small rooms -No ac remote -No tv remote
