    While the location is excellent and the property maintains impressive standards of cleanliness, we experienced significant service issues during our stay. The staff, though very polite and humble, appeared to lack proper training and were often unable to address basic requests promptly. For instance, obtaining drinking water required multiple follow-ups. Additionally, the food pricing seemed disproportionately high. With better staff training and a review of the F&B pricing, the overall experience could match the hotel's strong fundamentals.

    The resort is little far from Kalimpong main city. The view is nice from upper floors, I travelled with senior citizen so we took room in ground floor. Staffs are very helpful and always available at your service. Rooms are clean and spacious. Every room has a balcony so you can spend your time sitting outside. Food prices are very high, but quality is good. overall a nice place to stay.

    very nice location with great staff, food is very tasty , room are very big, and clean , only thing they charge for room heater which i think it shud include in room amenities. rest everthing is very nice
