    Let me start by saying the staff were excellent. Even though we couldn’t speak the same language we were able to communicate with them using a translation app. The room was huge and had a beautiful relaxing view over the bay. Breakfast was not what I expected but it was very nice and we ate it all. However, i don’t usually use the word disappointing as I think I’m a pretty easy going kind of person but on this occasion I was. Firstly we didn't get the room I thought i booked, may be my fault but I’m sure for the price I paid it should have been a better room. We were taken to a small room first which for the price was just a standard double room. We were quickly shown the room next door which was bigger and had a bath tub, not the room I thought I booked. So never mind we accepted that room. The room was very hot, the AC didn’t seem to work well, even when on 16°! The projector was a good idea but very difficult to work out how to use it. The swimming pool seemed closed and the pool water was green and the tiles were dirty, seems they haven't used the pool for ages. So basically we won’t be back even though the staff were very helpful. The beach was nice and the seafood restaurants along the beach, but the hotel needs to up its game as there are others in the area that are much cheaper!
