* I booked 3 rooms at very high cost arround *** Rs per day per room but fill cheated because of bad service and maintenance. If you get it for *** Rs then it's ok.
* Hot water - Even dharamshal with 200 Rs room gives hot water for bath, they may charge 10 Rs per bucket and give. But in this home stay no hot water geyser or bucket service, so we all 6 persons are not able to take bath in morning or evening
* White cotton bed sheet - not given dark color Synthetic type bed sheet was given which may be used by many other persons previously. Mattress was not at all comfortable like all hotels.
* No side Table - Side table on side of bed not available to keep mobile, vater or other things.
* Chair, Table - Room size is very good, but no chair or small table is provided for drinking tea or snacks.
* Cupboard old - In some room old iron cupboard are given.
* Curtains - In some room curtain are stick to windows not openable.in other room while opening curtain full road fall down on guest.
* Dirty Bathroom walls - Bathroom walls are not cleaned for many days.
* Water bottle - after 10 times follow up in 2 hours Only 500 ml water 1 bottle was provided, for 1 room and said water bottle are completed. No more stock.
* Bad smelling Room - Room was smelling bed while check in so ask for room freshener, care taker say I will arrange in 5 min. After 2.5 hours follow up at last he said, it's not possible today.
* Care taker - was on phone call around 95% time. He takes us for 1 sentence then 5 to 7 min tacks in local language with others but no resolution of any query. He said just sorry after 30 min.
* Spacious but no maintenance - Property is big, spacious but required to add basic furniture, regular maintenance and prompt service..
* No professional management. This property relied on one care taker full time busy in mobile only.
* Only car parking available, Tempo traveler parking not available.
* No Driver washroom - even the wash room for the driver is not available
