    There has 4 rooms in one villa we stayed 1st floor luckily we are only one room occupied that day so enjoyed stay

    It was a good stay... The staff were very supportive and Cooperative.. The rooms were near and tidy. We were given one of the rooms in second floor. We liked the room. Unfortunately there was an issue with the current supply. The staff requested if we want a full refund or another room with an ac with the same price in the north cliff side. We opted for the room in North cliff side... The staff apologised,but we had a better stay

    Pros: * The rooms are spacious and reasonably priced. Cons: 1. The AC was making a lot of noise and disturbed our sleep. Although we paid for an AC room, we could not use it comfortably. 2. Car parking is a bit difficult due to the limited parking space. 3. There was no staff member readily available to assist guests. We faced a water shortage issue, and when I contacted the service person, he was asleep. He asked us to switch on the water motor ourselves and turn it off once the tank was filled. He woke up only around 9:00 AM and appeared more like a guest than a hotel staff member. 4. There was a kitchen and a gas cylinder available. We only requested permission to use the kitchen and prepare food for our child ourselves. However, the staff member gave several excuses, including saying there was no gas. When I checked the cylinder, it clearly had gas. I then asked for the manager’s contact number to report his rude behavior, but the manager did not answer any calls and only called back after we had checked out. Since the manager was unavailable, I asked if anyone else could help. The staff member said another person on the first floor could assist, but later claimed that person was sleeping as well. Eventually, he agreed to let us use the gas. 5. There are no restaurants nearby. You need to travel around 2 km to find one. 6. We had our own water container and requested water from the cans available at the property. The staff member said he would charge ₹100 for it, which felt unreasonable and reflected poor customer service.
