    The hotel is right beside the IKEA and a big mall, but even just beside it, there's a good Indian restaurant, some other restaurants and bakeries, convenient store, hospitals, and a mosque, among others. If you plan on going to both Seeb and Mutrah, this is the spot, otherwise you could stay closer to your destination. It's pretty close to the Grand Mosque as well. The hotel itself is just fine, room looks good, only issues were the balcony sliding door not shutting completely, with worn down sheer curtain, and a very low shower water pressure. The staff were friendly, especially this Omani older guy, the rest were just ok. In the lobby, you can get some coffee and sweets. It's a nice affordable stay. I stayed on the 7th floor and I could see the sea a lil bit.

    Overall it is an average place. The bathroom sink and latch of the room were not working properly. Cleanliness was ok.
