Raport calitate preț a fost corect, faptul ca am găsit mereu parcare, de cele mai multe ori pe strada, însă, consider ca a fost un plus.
Mirosul de pe hol/ bucătăria la care era deranjant. Lipsa aerului conditionat în camera, este specificat ca nu are AC, însă camera este foarte cald, nu este suficient doar un ventilator.

+ Zona linistita + Loc de parcare in curte DACA ai noroc si prinzi, fiind doar 3 locuri sau chiar 2 daca ai "vecini" ca si mine care nu s-au gandit sa parcheze mai omeneste incat sa incapa 3 masini
- NU exista aer conditionat, in conditiile in care afara sunt 35 de grade pur si simplu te sufoci de caldura, nu circula aerul chiar si daca deschizi "geamurile", in special daca ai camera la subsol, e un amarat de ventilator in camera care nu face fata deloc, deci pur si simplu nu mai poti de cald
