The property was in a beautiful location in the mountains, with amazing views and a very peaceful atmosphere. The villa was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff were also very friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Jamal, who was extremely kind and made our stay even more enjoyable with his great hospitality and entertainment. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend this place.

Honestly, there was nothing we didn’t like about the property. Everything was perfect, clean, comfortable, and well maintained. We really enjoyed our stay and had a wonderful experience.

Nothing - but yes road signs can be improved for visitors although owner and manager helped a lot to guide the way.

The location, communication of staff, breakfast and view on the second day of our stay.

The property was not as advertised. I have attached photos showing the actual views from the bedroom, kitchen, and terrace, none of which match the images displayed on Booking.com. It was certainly not worth driving three hours from Baku. Before our arrival, the staff assured us that we would receive the room shown in the listing photos. Instead, we were given a completely different room while being charged the full advertised price, with no discount or any attempt to compensate for the misleading listing. Every window faced either a neighboring yard or nearby houses, offering virtually no privacy. Throughout our stay, the maintenance worker was frequently outside the windows and fences, apparently "watering the plants" even while it was raining, which only added to the uncomfortable feeling of being watched. There is also a children's playground directly beneath the windows (see attached photo). If you are looking for a peaceful and quiet getaway, this is not the right place. Children were playing there throughout our stay, and the constant noise made it difficult to relax. The apartment also lacks a sofa or any comfortable seating area. In addition, the gas-powered water heater is installed inside the apartment. While this may comply with local standards, it should be properly maintained and ventilated to avoid any potential carbon monoxide (CO) risk. You may also want to bring your own mugs or a kettle, as the property only provides traditional small armudu tea glasses. When I informed the staff that I intended to report the listing to Booking.com because the photos did not accurately represent the accommodation, they asked me not to leave a review. However, I believe future guests deserve to know what to expect. To their credit, we were moved to the room with the advertised view the following day. Collecting stuff and moving was also another hussle.
