Am Meer Suite

Apartment was very modern and clean. The outdoor space is amazing with the lovely pool which is a good size. The sun beds are very large and extremely comfortable. Fantastic views from the property with amazing sunsets ❤️

Shower screening is too small. Would benefit with extra storage for clothes.

We were very pleased to have chosen Am Meer. On arrival we were met by the agent - Isidora. As a local resident she knows the island very well and gave us some really useful tips to get the best from our holiday. The driveway, although steep, was very convenient for parking our hire-car. The infinity pool was superb and great to come back to after busy days out, and we loved relaxing or lounging on the terrace to watch the amazing sunsets. The apartment is set up as a private, self-contained annex, adjoining the owner’s property. The private terrace/pool area leads into the spacious lounge/bedroom, behind which is a walkway with open storage/hanging space and a door to a spacious wet room. Beyond the walkway is the kitchen/dining area. There was no oven although there were sufficient basic cooking/kitchen facilities. - But we either ate out or just had snacks on the terrace anyway. The a/c was efficient. There were net screens on the doors & windows, and a cleaner came in every 2nd day. We were a little wary about possibly feeling overlooked by the owners, but it really wasn’t a problem - They were pleasant and introduced themselves, but then left us to enjoy our holiday without interruption - other than surprising us with a lovely basket of fruit to start our 2nd week. If we needed anything Isadora was easily contactable, responsive and helpful. We’d be very happy to stay at Am Meer again, and can recommend it as a well equipped, clean, comfortable and well located base for a great holiday in beautiful Kefalonia.

I believe the owner is considering improvements to shade from the afternoon sun. This would make it easier to stay comfortably by the pool while enjoying the view.

This property is new to Booking.com and its location in Lassi is great! It is within walking distance of a small supermarket and a range of restaurants and bars. Away from Argostoli, Lassi has its own “buzz” at night but it’s a short drive (or longer downhill walk for the more energetic) to the main town if you prefer more people and options. Am Meer Suite is just perfect. We were met personally, with an early check in and Isadora gave us detailed information about touring in Kephalonia and also helped us to arrange car hire. The private infinity pool, with its amazing views and sunsets was absolutely luxurious! We couldn’t believe we had it all to ourselves. The super comfortable king sized bed and lounge are all in one space to maximise the view and the kitchen area is well set out with a microwave, hotplates and small fridge. The suite adjoins the owners home, but after a lovely welcome, we had total privacy. The apartment was impeccably cleaned twice during our stay and the cleaning lady is a delight! Thank you for a perfect week. We were so sorry to leave.
