It"s exaclty what it is, a simple appartment, and for the price it's very fine in comparison to what's offered in Lisbon (like real trashy rooms with no bathroom for the same money, which is a rip off imho). It's more or less quiet (you can hear the cafe next door at night and in the morning hours but nothing dramatic) and directly at the Morais Soares road, which connects you to penha da france / arroios district, you can shop everything there and it's only 10 minutes to the airport. Perfect for short stays and transitions but also for longer, if you need to save some money...as Lisbon is not the cheap city anymore it used to be. It's not a hotel, but it's also not a hostel, you get what you pay for! :)

Good location and plenty of space in the apartment
There was a cockroach infestation in the flat, coming out from the kitchen, bathroom, and all the small holes everywhere: t
