    Lift problem,need to claim staircase for room on 4th & 3rd floor.Has been book 2 times and the same issue lift not been fixed more than 9 month ..please fix this issue .Also the room the water pressure please please fix it..above that ull be the greatest place for place to stay..love the room very big and comfort

    Been here for 4th time this year and nothing is change.. The elevator is still not fixed.. Door can't be lock from inside, no socket point to charge my phone or laptop..
