    Hotel reception can’t communicate in English. Especially night shift staff girl. Communicate rude and pretend to understand English. But totally she can’t at all. She gives us dirty and wet beds. And talk about us by Thai language with her friends and laughing. Don’t go and stay there.

    he hotel location is definitely one of its strongest points. It is located in the city center, very convenient for transportation, and easy to access with public transport available nearby. However, despite the good location, the overall service experience was extremely disappointing and honestly one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. The bed smelled musty and unclean, the air conditioner was noisy and did not function properly, making it very uncomfortable to stay in the room. In addition, the male hotel staff provided very poor service and behaved unprofessionally. What shocked me the most was seeing staff members and housekeeping gossiping about guests openly, which is completely unacceptable in the hospitality industry. The management seriously needs to improve the service quality and reconsider the current staff standards. The only positive experience during my stay came from the female staff members, who were polite, friendly, and provided excellent service. They were professional and helpful throughout the stay.
