    There is a kitchen and laundry area with all the amenities. big head up while you get a private bathroom with a bath tub which is rare. The bathroom is not in your room. While clean I think they could work more on the cleanliness especially sweeping the room/bathroom before the next guests. The last guest before was shedding hair like crazy. If they could put a broom in my room I would sweep it myself. Overall it is a budget stay and that’s the selling point so 8/10 higher if you don’t care about leaving your room everytime you go to the restroom.

    A great location in District 1 with convenient self check-in. Has everything we needed with a separate bathroom and small kitchen on the same floor.

    Pastel house is located nearby to the highway. There are a lot of establishment also that is near like convenience store, coffee shops, laundry and others. It is a prime location not so near and not so far from the city center. My concern only is the bed the mattress was hard. Also full disclosure that private bathrooms are outside the actual room not connected but still a good deal since it is a private one. Overall, during our stay it was great.
