Easy to get hold of staff and very polite, gave me directions to nearby facilities like supermarkets etc. However, please be aware this is a house share, there are actually people that live there and this is their home so it felt a bit like I was invading their space, even though they were super friendly and polite.
There are 2 toilets, one of which is the bathroom which was spacious. The bedroom was big and airy, 2 bedside tables, double bed 2 pillows and a duvet. I don't like leaving negative reviews but I also want people to know the facts before they book. I was looking forward to having a kitchen to cook some dinner on my stay, however there was no trays for the oven and I didn't want to go rooting around other people cupboards, it's not clear what's for shared use and what belongs to the tenants.
There is a young child that lives there so please be prepared for noise, didn't bother me, it's his home i was just there for 2 nights.
The bedding did smell of stale smoke, but looked clean.
I had to clean the toilet seat before I could use it due to urine stains on it. Bring your own toilet rolls BTW.
There is ample free parking outside and feels very safe and secure.
I can't say I would stay again however

Booked a room at a bangalow. The sarrounding was aweful. Tall weeds outside. No television inside. Bedsheets dust and not ironed. Kitchen fridges dirty. We did not even stay. We had to return the keys following day. Booked somewhere. We never bothered claiming money as it was late to do any cancelling. More work needs to be done at the bangallow, Sawltrt
