    The hotel is very nice and clean. Location is at the heart of the city. Geeta Mandir bus station is very near. Reception and Service persons are very good. Breakfast foods are also good. However, it is better if the breakfast service can be started little early from 7:30am or alternatively packed items can be served.

    1. Photos are fake 2. Staff is very rude 3. I booked room for just one day (24 hours), when I checked in they informed me that currently water facility is not available and it will take whole day to restore it. I had to freshen up ( as I had travelled for straight 18 hours), take a bath and attend my friends wedding, but as water was not available I asked them to cancel my bookings and provide a refund. They denied and instead they offered me a room in adjacent hotel. now I had booked room for *** but when I checked the rates of the adjacent hotel it was just showing ***. There were other 2 families (not my relatives , complete strangers)also with me who had checked in at the same time. All of has had a fight with the hotel manager as he was very rude about the situation. DO NOT RECOMMEND.
