Atour Hotel Shanghai Xintiandi Dashijie Metro Station

The hotel is very conveniently located at Dashijie underground station. There is a link at Basement 2 of the building that links straight to the hotel. The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was provided and there is also complimentary late supper. Additionally, laundry and drying machines are provided free of charge. There are eating places nearby that open late into the night so food availability is not a problem. We enjoyed our stay very much and highly recommend this hotel.

Just outside the MRT, friendly staff, porridge supper daily, room is clean and comfortable. Clothes washing available and easy.

Walkable to Nanjing road but not exactly near. Hotel is very clean, shower facilities is comfortable, except that the glass door has a gap and can be seen from outside. Staffs are helpful and even helped with the laundry.

The hotel is well located in a new-ish office/mall building ( Yalong plaza). The Metro exit 3, is in the basement, so you can arrive directly to the hotel. Walk past Mac’s (ignore escalator & lift) and after the guitar shop, take the lift. To go into the Dashijie Metro, use Gate 5 ( only stairs tho’) right of the lift, out through driveway & right. It is walkable to Renming Street and the Bund, but only if you like walking. There are food shops opposite ( the mutton hot-pot is nice), in the mall there is Luckin Coffee, out the door to the right is a street with local breakfast and Starbucks. A little further & down another street is very good Shanghainese shop and an old Western cafe. So it’s a good hotel. Rooms are varied in size & outlook. In winter and autumn the aircon is off so windows need to be opened which may mean traffic noise, but it dies down by 1-2am. Overall tho it is quiet. Double beds are 150cm, smaller than queen. But 2 adults can sleep with space to spare. Sheets changed every 3 days but cleaning seems to be done cos without fail the aunties will forget something- one day they left a bundle of used cleaning sheets at the sink, another day they forgot the bathroom mat! Space is good for the room I got ( family premium). Love the warm toilet seat and smart bathroom that dries well. Love that there is the rare bathroom line for hanging small laundry. Love the smart lights that do away with need for night light. Love the smart switches so you don’t have to take out travel adapter plugs! Love the 4 washers & 4 dryers for use. Never had a chance to eat at the cafe or use the gym but they seemed good. Would stay again or with Atour brand that has impressed.
