I like the hotel environment, especially the lobby waiting area. It is very cozy and warm. The hotel receptionist is very helpful and nice.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay in an Executive Family Suite with the most comfortable beds and pillows . Staff were fast, efficient and helpful. Breakfast delicious. Especially loved the free laundry facilities and nightly supper. If I have to add anything it would be some body lotion for the harsh, dry weather experienced in January. Thank you very much Atour.

I have stayed in many 5-star hotels, but this 3-star property truly exceeded all my expectations. From check-in to check-out, every staff member was welcoming and helpful, even with the language barrier. The hotel is highly functional in every aspect. Breakfast was decent with a good variety—while not the largest spread, everything tasted fresh, and I especially loved the seasonal fruits that introduced me to local Chinese produce. The room was thoughtfully equipped: the bedside tables had built-in charging pads that automatically charged our phones, the complimentary minibar with local teas and snacks was a delightful touch, and the bedding was extremely comfortable. Even the hair dryer impressed me so much that I’m considering purchasing one—it works better than my Dyson at a fraction of the price. Another highlight was the 24-hour free self-service laundry, which the staff kindly assisted with, making it very convenient. The location is excellent, close to major shopping areas and local fruit vendors. The only drawback is that the walls aren’t completely soundproof, so you can hear some street noise. Fortunately, as we aren’t light sleepers, it didn’t disturb us. Overall, it was a truly blessed stay, and I’m deeply grateful for the hospitality. Thank you very much!
