    I stayed at other hotels for our vacation from PPS-EN-Coron , booked around 5 hotels which were more expensive and highend, but this is the most comfortable stay we’ve got. The room is small but clean and felt comfortable. The staffs were helpful and breakfasts were decent! WiFi is good! Airport transfer was smooth. Only problem we got is when we rent a motorcycle from a partner of the UpGrace. It’s 1k/day but unit was very worn out and not well maintained. So many scratches, even the tires have damage and needs to be replaced (it’s a 0/10 for safety), left signal light was busted, and lastly; the helmets is the dirtiest in the world! I can smell it even holding in it in my hands only!! Pisting yawa! Haha! They said we need to wear it - tried to clean and worn it with bandana’s on our heads only once! But we really can’t take it! Took it off and did not bother about checkpoints!!! I hope they mind it!! That’s the nastiest thing ever!!! Rent outside and choose carefully!

    The staff were not very accommodating and didn’t really smile or make us feel welcome. The breakfast choices were very limited plus the person preparing the breakfast was also quite unfriendly. Overall, the service could be better.
