    From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome. As a surprise, they prepared a beautiful anniversary setup in our room without me even requesting one. I had only asked if there was a nearby cake shop for our anniversary celebration, and they went above and beyond to make our stay extra special. They are truly some of the sweetest and most thoughtful hotel staff we've encountered. Every member of the team was kind, respectful, and accommodating throughout our stay. We were also given what felt like the best room in the property, directly facing the beach with the most stunning sunrise views every morning. The room itself had everything we needed. It was spotless, the sheets and towels were fresh and comfortable, and the toiletries provided were complete. Special mention to the bathroom, which came with a Japanese-style smart toilet. And honestly, 100 points for the hairdryer! 😂 A good hairdryer and a bidet/smart toilet are non-negotiable for me and my husband when choosing accommodations, so this was a huge plus. The pool is perfectly sized for the property and is open from 9 AM to 9 PM. They also offer food and drinks on-site, which is very convenient. The location is perfect for travelers looking for a more peaceful Boracay experience, away from the noise and nightlife, while still being accessible. There are plenty of places to eat nearby, the Wi-Fi is decent, and White Beach is only about 5 to 10 minutes away, with lots of e-trikes readily available outside the hotel. Thank you, Lucky Tito, for making our anniversary stay so memorable. We will definitely be back!

    Very accommodating and kind staff. Just need to ensure that all facility(exhaust fan) must be working upon checkin of customer and must keep lost, found or left belongings of the clients atleast 2 days upon checkout. But overall experience was good.
