    Photoshop doing it's thing again. The people at reception don't understand a drop of English. The rooms are old. The bed was dusty and was like never washed in ages. Floor dirty. Plenty of mosquitos. I had a back pain after waking up in the morning. The staffs are extremely helpful and kind. Quite close to most attractions. I walked there.

    The hotel ist located very closed to all main attractions in Kushinagar. I walked every day to visit these places. The room is big and cosy. The Staffs and Mr. Charmers Sah were very friendly, polite and helpful. I could checkout late without extra charge, because my flight was in the evening. They could also arrange for me the taxi service. I would highly recommend this Red Sapphire Hotel for your accommodation in Kushinagar.

    Super deluxe rooms are very small ,you can not move in room. I have booked the hotel for 2 days, after day 1 ,i asked them to clean the room they just adjusted the linens and nothing else. No complimentary breakfast.
