    Near and clean rooms. Easy access to the restarents, on the main road. Friendly staff.

    As promised, no dedicated car parking was available — I had to park on the street. Rooms are small and located on the 5th floor, but the lift only goes up to the 4th floor. Climbing one floor was inconvenient, especially with luggage. Bathrooms are extremely cramped — even a bucket placed inside hits your knees when seated on the closet. Staff were polite and customer-friendly — a positive aspect. The rooms are newly built, hence neat and clean. Bed quality was below average, not very comfortable. At this price point, for a single-day stay, it's just acceptable. There is no in-room phone to contact reception — a basic facility that's missing. To get morning tea or coffee, you need to go down one floor, take the lift to the ground floor, which is inconvenient. Might as well skip tea/coffee.

    Prime location near Sarjapur Bus stand. Easy accessible. Room space is small and not as described. Rest room is clean but all the fittings are not placed for comfortable use. Rooms are in 5th floor but lift is available only till 4th floor. Car parking is not spacious and only 2 cars can be parked and the parking pathway is narrow.
