    Here’s the updated review with your additional points included naturally: I had originally booked this property for two nights and was planning to extend my stay by another night. Unfortunately, my experience was so disappointing that I couldn’t overlook the numerous issues. From the moment I arrived, the reception area was filled with insects, which gave a very poor first impression. The room itself was not clean—the bedsheets were stained, the linens had hair on them, and there were insects and even spiders roaming around in the room. Despite booking a room for three guests, we had to wait almost an hour for the extra bed to be arranged. After a long day of travel, we were hoping for a comfortable and hassle-free stay, but the experience was frustrating from the very beginning. The food quality was another letdown. Both the breakfast and dinner were below average and did not meet the standards one would expect from a property of this category. The swimming pool was also poorly maintained. Only half of the pool appeared to have been cleaned, while the other half had visible dirt and debris, making it unappealing to use. The service was equally disappointing. Random charges were added to my bill, and when I asked the staff for an explanation, they were unable to tell me why those items had been billed. To make matters worse, I wasn’t provided with an invoice at checkout. It took two days and multiple follow-ups before I finally received a copy. Overall, the cleanliness, food quality, maintenance, service, and attention to detail fell well below expectations. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this property.
