    Disappointing stay – Room amenities need urgent maintenanceI recently stayed at this hotel, and unfortunately, the room conditions were very uncomfortable. The air conditioning did not work well, leaving the room feeling incredibly hot throughout my stay. Additionally, there was a major issue with the bathroom plumbing—the water heater malfunctioned, causing the bidet to only supply scalding hot water. I hope management addresses these maintenance issues soon, as it severely impacted my comfort.

    Malinis ang room. Mahina lang ang aircon, need pa tumawag sa reception para sa wifi and magamit ang tv. From twin bed room nag upgrade kami sa Queen size bed. Affordable sya. Safe kahit mukhang mabilis mabuksan ang door which is malabo kasi naka-key card. Will book again if ever bumalik kami sa Cebu.
