    The contact person on Whatsapp was very helpful. However there was no receptionist most of the time. The receptionist only showed up after complaining to the contact person on whatsApp. The receptionist was very unhelpful he did not even furnish the room with toiletries even after asking a couple of times. Complaining to the contact on whatsApp again was needed to get our toiletries.

    Staffs are nice people they do their job well, few issues were there when we checked in but resolved it quickly. It was pleasant stay. It's a new hotel right next to gopalan mall. Only one thing is no one asked for room cleaning also no dustbin were there. It's better to take note of these things
