    Loved our room. So big and so clean. Check in was a breeze and so is check out. Wonderful staff too It's our go-to hotel in Shenzhen. Our 3rd time to stay here.

    We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were exceptional and went above and beyond to help us. We had multiple online deliveries arriving before our check-in, and the hotel kindly received all our packages and stored them securely in the storeroom. Even though we arrived close to midnight, the staff were incredibly friendly and patiently helped us locate our deliveries. The hotel itself is very clean, new, and the room was fantastic. The apartment is well-maintained, comfortable, and offers excellent quality for the price. The only downside is the pick-up and drop-off point for Didi taxis. Drivers usually drop us off outside the property, requiring a short walk to the hotel. This can be inconvenient, especially under the hot sun or during rainy weather. Despite this minor issue, we will definitely be back. The hotel offers outstanding value for money, and the quality of the apartment and service is truly top-notch.

    The location is nearby the neighborhood and we need to walk far away to have eateries except the hawker's stall nearby but their hygiene may not be upto the standard level. For the Cleaniness of the service apartment is good and very quiet.
