    While the location was convenient, the overall experience was disappointing. Cleanliness was a major concern throughout the property, which significantly impacted our comfort. Additionally, the staff behavior was not up to expectations. We had paid for the entire room; however, the AC was not functioning, making the stay extremely uncomfortable in the heat. The breakfast and high tea options were very limited, and most items were served cold. I hope you take this feedback seriously and improve your services for future guests. Sincerely, Atul Mahajan

    Things were going very badly, and I was extremely disappointed with my experience. I had decided that I would never come back to this place and would never recommend it to anyone.
