    While the location was convenient, the overall experience was disappointing. Cleanliness was a major concern throughout the property, which significantly impacted our comfort. Additionally, the staff behavior was not up to expectations. We had paid for the entire room; however, the AC was not functioning, making the stay extremely uncomfortable in the heat. The breakfast and high tea options were very limited, and most items were served cold. I hope you take this feedback seriously and improve your services for future guests. Sincerely, Atul Mahajan

    The worst experience in Rishikesh and I’ll never recommend to anyone. This is the waste of money and time also they did not help to customers they said aap dekh lo apna kaise manage karna h. How can they treat to customers. Pathetic service provided by app, hotel
