    Located at prime location. My stay at this hotel was absolutely ridiculous and one of the worst experiences I’ve had in Dubai. The check-in process took more than two hours, with complete chaos in the lobby — and from what I heard, this happens every single day. The management is completely unorganized and unhelpful. I had booked it just for one night, but as soon as I entered the room, it was a disaster. There were no towels, the bedsheets were stained, the bathroom fittings were broken, and there was no cleanliness at all. To make things worse, the staff was extremely rude and unwilling to assist properly. Overall, it was a terrible experience. I strongly advise not to book this hotel, no matter how attractive the prices may seem. It’s absolutely not worth it.
