Pros:
Spacious rooms: The room size was generous and comfortable.
Great value for money: The room rent was incredibly low, especially for an AC room in Benaulim.
Cons:
Front desk management: The receptionist was missing at the time of check-in. The security guard stepped in to handle the process—and while he was polite, prompt, and tried his best, he was completely dependent on the absent front desk staff. He had to call repeatedly just to confirm booking details and assign a room.
Plumbing issues: The bathroom tap was leaking, with water continuously running throughout the stay. Fixing basic fixtures should be a routine maintenance check before guests arrive, rather than waiting for a complaint.
Mosquitoes: There were mosquitoes in the room, but no repellent machines or liquids (like Good Knight) were provided.
Overall, it is a decent option for travelers looking for an affordable, roomy stay, but the property could definitely improve on basic upkeep and staff availability at the front desk.

Im not one that condones but this was one of the worst stays ive had not just in goa but overall. Alloted rooms had Blood Stains on bedsheets, The guard was asleep out of his senses to be able to help. Concerned staff didnt give a flying care abput any of this. Dont get lured by low prices and pool, the staff and their reponsiveness will make it all even.
