    1. Helpful staff. Tasty food. Clean linen. 2. Calm rural environment. 3. However, (i) little unfriendly infrastructure for senior citizens ; height difference between room and bathroom floors is more. (ii) water outlet from bathroom basin opens at floor level instead inside the drainage hole resulting dirty water flowing on the surface. (iii) poor maintenance: basin taps and valves were leaking causing nuisance.
