Do not book this resort based on the online photos. is shown online is completely different from the actual experience.
I stayed here for one night without electricity, and the staff showed very little urgency in resolving the issue. Their response was slow and unprofessional.
At around 1:00 AM, they offered us the same tent that we had already rejected earlier because it had a water leakage issue. When we refused, they simply said they had no other options available.
The food service was equally disappointing. Even after placing a paid order, it took 3–4 hours to arrive, and I had to follow up every 30 minutes to get an update.
Overall, it was a very disappointing experience with poor service and inadequate customer support. I would not recommend this resort to anyone.

Location is Nice, But far away from Lonawala, we went to property nearly 2.30pm all reception staff was drunked and tents are not clean in premises everywhere garbage was kept no body bother to clean , the staff was very irresponsible, in morning at 9.15am when we ask for breakfast, the reception staff as well as kitchen staff and as sleeping and not able to attend

The room was extremely dirty and unhygienic and had a very bad smell.
- The bedsheet/bed area was dirty and had an unpleasant smell.
- The toilet/washroom was extremely unhygienic and poorly maintained.
- The water provided in the washroom was yellowish, which raised serious concerns about cleanliness and hygiene.
- Several facilities and amenities mentioned in the Agoda property description were not provided.
- The lunch/food service was also not as described. The available menu had only two options: Paneer Biryani and Dal Rice.
- Overall, the condition and service at The Lotus Resort were significantly below the standard advertised on Agoda.
