    I stayed in this hotel for a day with family, hotel was clean and tidy, staff was friendly and respectful

    They didn’t have record of the booking and were confused that Agoda tie up was active. They asked if I had confirmed the booking by calling the hotel after having booked through Agoda. They switch off the elevator in the night. It’s not mentioned anywhere and the employee at the reception was very rude and was abusive when asked why the elevator was switched off. He refused to switch it on He was not agreeing to give the extra mattress which was paid for by us. He said there is no mattress and when insisted and voucher was shown he said there is one mattress and gave the mattress after making us wait for 30 mins. Terrible service Agoda should think about their tie up with this lodge
