    The stay itself was acceptable although the cleanliness still need some improvement, but I had a disappointing experience with the security deposit. The property required a RM100 security deposit to be transferred directly to their bank account before check-in. I was informed that the deposit would be refunded within 1–2 days after check-out. Unfortunately, it has now been more than one week, and I have not received my refund. I contacted the management several times via WhatsApp, but although my messages were read, they did not respond. I hope the property improves its communication and processes refunds within the promised timeframe. Future guests should clarify the deposit refund procedure before booking.

    First of all lets be honest this is a busines but they treat their customers like employees..late replies and no clear instruction and no guidance.I traveled all the way from kelantan to stay one night for my conference.It was terrible. I reached around 10.45 and the instruction for parking was not clear although it has stated that parking is free do not believe.They wont guide you and your messages are not answered at night, I paid for my parking.The unit was dirty, the bed looked like someone just slept on it with crinkles and the worst was the toilet.It was scary and dangerous. They require you to bank in the deposit on the spot but they will only return your money after 3 days and will never give you the transaction receipt.You have to constantly text them for your money. I had to call agoda to make them reply me.I think probably they were angry because i informed agoda that they are not replying. I hve been booking with agoda many times and by far i would say this is the worst
