    Staying at JMS Grand was beyond magical—it was an experience that felt like a warm embrace from start to finish. The moment I walked in, I could feel the dedication of the staff—they don’t just provide service, they create an experience that’s brimming with heart. The room was really comfortable and had everything I could ask for. The bed was super cozy, and the seating area with the sofas and coffee table was perfect for unwinding. There was also a lovely balcony. They really thought of everything—from the little amenities like tea, coffee, and toiletries, to that extra touch of luxury that made everything feel special. But what stood out as a truly unique touch were the beautiful chandeliers both in the rooms and in the restaurant. They had the most exquisite and unique design—an absolute feast for the eyes. They cast this warm, comforting glow that made everything feel that much more special. The front desk team was amazing. Indal Yadav, the manager, was always so helpful and welcoming, making you feel like a valued guest every single time you walked by. The housekeeping team was like a silent, attentive force, keeping everything pristine. Gyanti, the floor manageress, would knock on the door, always with a smile, making sure I had everything I needed and often going above and beyond. But what truly set this stay apart was how I never once felt away from home. The combination of the people, the luxury, and the sheer comfort made me feel like I was right where I belonged. And the Wi-Fi! I didn’t expect it to be better than what I have at home, but it was flawless. That made such a difference for staying productive and able to work remote. This was so important for me. And then, the heart of the experience—Panghat restaurant. Rahul, the restaurant manager, brought such passion to every meal. The food was not just delicious—it was art on a plate, served with warmth and care. If you’re looking for a place that blends thoughtful design, heartfelt service, and genuine comfort, JMS Grand is that place. It’s a stay that fills you with warmth and leaves you with memories you’ll want to return to again and again.
