    This is a review for 27 Aug 2026 night time at 10pm. Since I booked via Agoda and showed to counter my booking confirmation. He was okay at first, and gave me room 5 at the ground floor near the counter. I knew my booking is H2 ARK, but instead of room at gate 15, he gave me room 5, I just accept it without question because he is counter and he should know best about the available room. Then, because the room doesn't has soup, I went to the counter to request and at the same time he also wants to talk to me but he was very rude and blame me for not stating I'm booking H2 ARK and since I'm the usual customer, I should know that room 5 doesn't suit my booking and if I continue stay in, I will need to top up the difference. I was shocked with his attitude to blame me since I already showed him my booking confirmation. I was very disappointed of his behavior as a counter and when I raised my voice for my disappointment, he said I was not being respectful. First time terrible treatment from the counter, blame customer for his false and very rude. I felt very disappointed and very unhappy. If he is a staff, his behavior is terrible and unacceptable. Hopefully he is not the owner.
