    The location is convenient and the staff are friendly, making the overall experience pleasant. Wi-Fi connectivity and housekeeping services were reliable, contributing to a comfortable stay. However, room size felt cramped and sleep quality was affected, which slightly impacted comfort. Cleanliness and facilities could use some improvement but offer reasonable value for money.

    My stay was booked for 4 nights. Three room change on day 1. 4th room was offered on my exit on 2nd day while booking was for 4 nights, when I already booked new much better property on 2nd day. 1. 1st room full of cockroaches and dust 2. 2nd room full of cockroaches 3. 3rd room has water log issue in bathroom, dust in room. They didn't provide viper as offered for 1 night. We need to manage. Looking at family they should have offered better room on day 1 attempt 1. Manager kept on telling that cockroach problem is there and agreed, infacf informed before moving that water logging problem is there in bathroom. They couldn't manage to provide better room and on my complain to Call Center OYO for refund they offered another room, but by then I already booked another property. I am sure 4th room would have another messed up situation.

    Understaffed. Room conveniences were non existent. No in house room service. Recommend for stay of no more than two days. Water standing in bathroom of our room.
