We stayed at the place on our way back from Leh Ladakh trip. Hands down the best affordable stay and spacious rooms , best staff.

Very helpful staff... I ended up calling them multiple times(annoyingly more than required) but they responded every time with same stature and maintained a professional and pleasant environment. Overall great experience I have visited here everytime I have come to amritsar great place to stay.

I checked into the hotel at around 5:30 PM, but unfortunately, my room was not properly cleaned when I arrived. The hotel staff asked us to wait while they prepared the room, which was disappointing considering it was already check-in time.
In addition, the washroom had an unpleasant smell, which made the room feel unhygienic. The complimentary drinking water was also missing from the room, and I had to visit the reception to request it before it was provided.
Overall, my check-in experience was not satisfactory. I hope the hotel improves its housekeeping standards and ensures that rooms are clean, fresh, and fully prepared with all basic amenities before guests arrive.
