    No lift, so will be very hard to carry big luggage to upstairs.

    The hotel offers basic amenities and is conveniently located less than 3 min walk from Nanjing walking street. Laundry facilities are available on Level 2, though there is only one washing machine and one dryer.

    I had a pleasant stay overall at this hotel. The biggest highlight is definitely the location — it’s extremely convenient. The hotel is situated right near Nanjing Road Pedestrian Street, with easy access to public transportation, plenty of food options, and shopping areas all within walking distance. This made getting around Shanghai very hassle-free. The customer service was also excellent. The staff were friendly, helpful, and responsive, which made the stay more comfortable. However, there are a couple of downsides to note. The room size is quite small, comparable to typical Hong Kong hotel rooms, so it may feel a bit cramped, especially if you have larger luggage. Additionally, the soundproofing is not ideal — noise from the corridor can be quite noticeable, and it may disturb your sleep if there are guests talking outside. Overall, it’s a great choice for travelers who prioritize location and convenience, but those who are sensitive to noise or prefer more spacious rooms may want to take this into consideration.
