    We were a group of three and the only guests in the entire building during our stay! It was clear that the management was cutting costs — both breakfast and dinner were disappointing in terms of quality and quantity, nothing like the appealing photos shown on their website. I even went to bed hungry on the first night. The photo shows what we were served for breakfast on the first morning. The beverage machines appeared to be in need of cleaning and maintenance, so I avoided using them entirely on the second morning. The location is also inconvenient for travelers without a car. I sent two inquiries about the shuttle schedule before our trip and received no response. I finally called the day before our arrival and was told their free shuttle service wasn’t available on Sundays and Mondays — unfortunately, too late to make any changes to our non-refundable booking. We ended up paying over 2,000 yen for a taxi just to get there. Think twice before booking this hotel!
