We stayed here for one night, 25th December 2024. This is basically a lunch hotel, but the lunch itself was very bad, apart from the nice decoration of the dining, taste, quantity, quality and service, everything was bad. Then the rooms provided didn't have even the basic facilities available, like toiletries, welcome kit, hand towel, water Kettle, tea bag, nothing was provided. Even in the time of this winter when the temperature is 15 degree, they don't provide a proper blanket per person. After requesting a lot of time, they provided a basic comforter which is not enough for the cold temperature outside. So, I got sick with fever and throat pain. For tea, breakfast, everything, you have to wait for more than an hour. We booked Complementary breakfast, but what is provided is 4 small toasts with only sign of some butter and tea. Nothing else. Worst hospitality and much overpriced hotel at the same location where the best hotel like Rangabitan is also Situated. We strongly recommend not to stay here or eat at this place.
