Front desk says checkin is at 9pm even if it says 3pm on agoda. She made me pay 20000 won room to check in at 3pm Then she also said I need to check out at 12nn the next day and check back in at 9pm even if my booking is for 2 nights. Made me pay another 20,000 won to keep my bags inside the room if I dont want to check out.

I had a really difficult time during my stay due to the overwhelming smell of cigarette smoke. I had to change rooms three times, and even then, the final room only felt slightly better because I could leave the window open. Unfortunately, once I closed the window at night, the smoke smell became unbearable again, making it extremely hard to breathe and sleep. It was a very uncomfortable experience, and I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to non-smokers or anyone sensitive to smoke.
