    6-minute walk to Masjid Quba, and only 10-minute scooter ride to the Harram Masjid Nabawi, this hotel was an awesome deal! * Abdul Munim and the day staff were very nice and cordial. * Rooms were clean * hammam (bathroom) was clean * bed linen was clean * housekeeping, if you ask, come every 2 days. Cons: * There was NO indoor washer! Fake news. They said they had it, but they are not in the rooms. Had to spend more than 100SAR to pay some to clean my clothes outside... ugh! * Night staff... umm, it's better to come in the day ;| * Sofa was filthy * Electric Stove didn't work * no towels, bring your own * no tissue, bring your own

    If your booking is not confirmed 48 hours before check in, make sure you get the confirmation otherwise the receptionist attitude is the worst welcoming attitude.
