    We stayed at the luxury suite, nice clean and spacious room however basic amenities such as toiletries and dustbin in the kitchen area was missing. The towels were not clean Rest everything was good.

    First understand that "resort" in Goa means something different than much of the rest of the world. The room itself was modern, comfortable. Bed and pillows were great. Couch, balcony. I explicitly booked a room with a desk, but there was not one. No working hot water during my week stay. There were minimal amenities for what I associate with a Resort - no restaurant, no laundry service / housekeeping, no pool, etc. It's good for the comfort of the room, the sunset balcony view, and the location (if you have a scooter/bike), but temper expectations beyond the room.

    Good place in the budget, clean rooms, no lift so have to climb 3 floors,. Nice quiet place for couples.
