    Affordable if many yet bedsheets smelled. Food good and beach good hard for seniors good for kids. Hot water was strange in bathroom sometimes it did not work and very weak water shower. Staff are friendly place needs renovation looks a bit runned down.

    I'd definitely recommend this property to my family and friends. Location wise, it is already very good, but what makes it exceptional is how friendly, accommodating and respectful the staff are. Buffet breakfast is also good - not too overwhelming, just about good choices, and it changes every day. There are pools inside the property where both kids and adults can enjoy. It is beachfront. Another thing that make me love this property is that once inside, it is surprisingly quiet, considering it is also beachfront. Perfect for those who want to relax and enjoy peace after a day's tour.

    I think there are other hotels nearby with better service. Service from staff is lackluster, doesn't provide the Filipino hospitality that's world renowned (from booking to check-out). Facilities desperately need an upgrade.
