    rude and lazy front desk. Saw whole hotel in black. Shut off all lights when we arrived at midnight. Payment clarification was handle impolitely.

    We had a very happy stay at Aurora Hotels and Resorts. The hotel is extremely well maintained, and the overall ambiance was clean and comfortable. The staff deserve a special mention, everyone was very respectful and always ready to help, which made our stay even better. Since the property is relatively new, the rooms and common areas are in excellent condition. Although there is currently no restaurant, the team informed us that one will be coming soon, which will be a great addition. If they continue to maintain the same standards, this will definitely become one of the top hotels in the area. Would happily recommend this place and would love to stay here again.

    Newly constructed hoted with no active Resturent and Bar facilities. Location is remote and away from important landmarks. Road to the hotel is narrow and not in good condition. Parking area is not secured and risky to park cars as no security personal, CCTV or fencing. Staff attitude is worst and unfrie dly and charges hidden fines for house keeping service. An experice i had never and in any past hotel stays.
