سرير غير مريح، المكيف كان خربان، عزل الغرفة جدا سيئ لدرجة ما قدرت انام من الاصوات اللي اسمعها كل شوي، والنظافة مو الاسوأ ولا الافضل

My stay at this hotel was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had, and I feel obligated to warn others. First, the hotel itself is not clean at all. The overall hygiene standards are extremely poor, and the surrounding areas are equally dirty and unpleasant. The shower was practically unusable, as water would not drain properly, causing it to pool and making it very uncomfortable and unhygienic to use. The condition of the blankets, beds, and pillows was terrible. They appeared worn out, unclean, and completely unsuitable for guests. Safety was also a major concern. The room was not child-safe, as the locks were not functioning properly, which is completely unacceptable. Housekeeping service was extremely disappointing. They never came on their own to clean the room. Even when I requested service, I was repeatedly told someone would come “in half an hour,” but no one ever showed up. Basic amenities were neglected as well. Drinking water was not provided in the rooms. Although there were dispensers on each floor, they were often empty, making it difficult to access even basic necessities. Also, we saw few cockroaches in the room and bathroom. I stayed at this hotel for 21 nights, and the experience was consistently poor throughout. I have documented evidence supporting all of these issues, which I can provide upon request. Stuff behaviour was not bad. Overall, in my opinion, this hotel should not be allowed to accommodate pilgrims or any guests until serious improvements are made.
