The place is excellent! Staffs are also helpful in assisting. Moreover, each stay gives you complementary foot soak! I also tried the in-house guest service for facial & hair which was great! Recommended!

Stayed one night at Shalom Spa Suites and got room no. 201, which is the standard room for 2 people. Once masuk the hotel already can smell those herbal scents around, so wangi and very relaxing haha. We were treated very nicely by the receptionist, very very friendly (forgot to ask her name)haha. Deposit was RM200 via QR and got refunded on the same night also. First we went upstairs using the lift but after that we just use the stairs haha.
The room is very aesthetic, all the facilities complete — including a big TV with Netflix ready, toiletries, mini icebox, steam iron, hairdryer, got robes also, got water dispenser with coffee and tea sachets prepared, mirror with lights, and full body mirror also got. Got distilled water prepared also. Most important water heater for shower got haha. Soap and shampoo all provided.
Outside the room got a space like living area where you can sit and relax while listening to healing songs. The spa is on level 2 and suites is on level 3. Got a cafe there also called Manna Cafe(we ddnt go there) We ate at a nearby Chinese restaurant.
At night when sleeping, my husband said a bit noisy because can hear cars and motorbikes passing by since the hotel is just beside the main road. But for me, I didn’t hear anything already because sleep too syiok until forget the world 😂 This hotel really very besttt, I give 100/10 haha.

Poor stuff service during holiday, not even stuff servicing for whole day, can't even check in room.
